We request rooms from our partner hotels and create an overview with offers, prices, and conditions. You select the desired hotels/accommodations, which are then entered into our booking system. You will then receive an online booking link, which all participants can use to directly book rooms from the contingent.

We will be available to assist you throughout the entire booking period. Any unbooked rooms will be returned to the general sale free of charge on the option date.
