Amidst old cellar walls and new streets, Schorsch – in authentic period costume – recounts the golden age of beer around 1870, when beer flowed freely in Erlangen and horse-drawn carriages dominated the cityscape. But the journey doesn't stop in the past: With a wink, Schorsch shows how traditions have transformed – from clattering hooves to high-powered deliveries.
Of course, one thing is a must: the beer itself! As part of the tour, participants will be offered a liquid taste test at the beginning and end – in true style and right on the spot! This way, history is not only told, but also tasted.
