The Steinbach Bräu is a small family brewery located in Erlangen's old town. Discover the traditional art of beermaking and learn more about the history of the Steinbach Brewery and Malthouse. The Steinbach Bräu Beer Museum offers an interesting overview of Erlangen's beer history, beer production, and the Bergkirchweih (Bergkirchweih) festival.
In the hotel’s own beer garden you can also enjoy a delicious "Stork Beer" - inspired by the storks that nest annually on the roof of the brewery - as well as a Franconian snack relish.
