Erlangen Castle Garden Concerts

The concert series traditionally starts on Mother's Day Sunday at 11 a.m. and subsequently invites the public to musical matinees on selected Sundays. The venue is the historic Orangery im Castle Garden – one of the most beautiful baroque settings in Northern Bavaria.

In front of the Margrave's Palace, surrounded by ancient trees and expansive green spaces, a special atmosphere is created that blends architecture, nature, and music. A concert can be ideally combined with a stroll through the city or a visit to a café in Erlangen's city center.

The Schlossgarten concert program stands for musical diversity and quality. The stylistic spectrum ranges from classical chamber music to jazz and big band, as well as world music, crossover projects, and family concerts. International artists perform alongside regional ensembles and young talents.
