The youth farm is a green island, idyllically situated in the Meilwald forest near the city. The extensive grounds with animal enclosures (ponies, donkeys, sheep, goats, small animals, chickens), riding arena, Garden areas, Biotop, Fire pits, Construction play area, Climbing facilities, Cabins and much more, offers visitors of all ages a wealth of opportunities to meet, learn, marvel and try things out.
Excursion tip: We recommend combining your visit with a hike or bike ride through the beautiful Erlanger Meilwald forest. For example, starting from the Waldkrankenhaus (Waldkrankenhaus) and heading east along our Climate Adventure Trail and further about the Adventure and water playground “Towel Meadow”, back through the Schwabach Valley.
