With our location at Goethestraße 21a, we, the Erlangen Tourism and Marketing Association (ETM), the tourism organization of the city of Erlangen, are located directly near the train station. It fulfills important tasks such as tourist services, tourism marketing, and networking and promoting the hotel and restaurant industry.
A wide variety of tasks need to be handled in this area, as daily visitors expect expert information. From personal guest consultations to arranging other tourist services such as city tours, the staff at the Tourist Information Center are always service-oriented.
The ETM emerged from the tourist association founded in 1949, which was renamed the "Erlangen Tourism and Marketing Association" in 2002. Its purpose is to promote Erlangen's economy and tourism, with the goal of strengthening Erlangen as a business location within the region, developing and optimizing the conference and congress city, and representing the interests of Erlangen's hotel and restaurant industries.
The office provides comprehensive tourist information for its guests. Popular city vouchers and souvenirs are also available here.
