It is made from a particularly airy, digestible dough that rests for up to 72 hours before being "opened" by hand – a true art of the pizza maker. It is characterized by the wide dough edge, which often appears slightly "flamed" when the finished pizza is removed from the 430-degree oven. The two pizza ovens, incidentally, come directly from Naples. A true delight for all who appreciate high-quality culinary experiences. The pizza is topped exclusively with the highest-quality ingredients – from the delicious San Marzano tomato sauce to the fine Fior di Latte mozzarella, the key ingredients come directly from Italy.
