Conviction and passion became a profession, and Gerhard Fritz and his wife Christine pioneered the opening of their first "real" organic store in Erlangen in February 1984. At the time, the owners were considered "exotic." The 60 m² space was packed with natural foods, environmentally friendly paints, wood stains, eco-friendly detergents, organic cosmetics, and grain mills. With their consistently nature-oriented approach to life and qualified personal advice, the Fritz couple prevailed and expanded in 2000 with the relocation of the "Four Seasons" store to Hauptstraße.
Gradual growth led the company to its current location directly on Hugenottenplatz. This modern organic specialty store presents the highest quality products at excellent value for money.
