How did you get into brewing beer?
How??? There's no concrete answer to that question - what young Franconian wouldn't want to brew their own beer...? After our neighbor's wedding, where he brought beer as a wedding gift to the restaurant, a date was set for brewing, and that's how it all started.
A few words about your economy...
As a long-time resident and a fairly well-known face from Erlangen, it is really great to have contributed to creating another brewery in Erlangen, considering that Erlangen was once a beer city.
