How would you describe your happiest moment at work?
My happiest moment was October 16, 2019, when my entire team and I welcomed our first guest to our hotel after a long construction period. I will never forget the joy our guest received after the huge surprise of being our first guest, and the tears of joy that accompanied this from all of us after a tough pre-opening phase. It makes me happy to see happy faces every day and to know that we did everything right.
