Guldens Bergstube

Guldens Bergstube has stood for authentic baking craftsmanship since 1908. Today, master baker Jonas Gulden, together with his mother Inge Gulden-Bornitzky, runs the family business in the fifth generation – with the same passion for quality and enjoyment that the founders cultivated.

The Bergstube is unique: Located directly next to the open bakery, it offers guests a fascinating insight into traditional baking. Because the work here is still truly done by hand, the bakers deliberately start later – but freshly baked goods are produced several times a day, following the motto: as regional as possible, as high-quality as imaginable. From crusty sourdough bread, Italian ciabatta, and French baguette specialties to wholesome whole-grain breads made from freshly crushed and ground grains – the variety is a delight for all the senses.

In addition to fragrant rolls, the unmistakable Gulden pretzels In addition to delicate pastries and delicate sweets, guests can also expect sandwiches, homemade cakes and tarts, and elaborate wedding cakes. French pastry dreams like éclairs and macarons provide those little moments of joy.

The adjoining café invites you to linger – whether for a leisurely breakfast, an oven-fresh pizza, a light lunch, or simply coffee and cake.
