We offer natural, fresh, and seasonal cuisine, primarily using local products. We don't skimp on the quality of our raw materials and ingredients, so we source our meat from local butchers, our carp only from the Aisch and Ebrach valleys, our asparagus from Franconian farmers, our game from local hunters, and our lettuce and vegetables from the Knoblauchsland region and our own garden. We are also a member of the Regional buffet Nuremberg! We want to convince and inspire with finely cooked products, new dishes and, above all, with a great taste experience!
