The largest and most important of the stalactite caves in Franconian Switzerland – one of the most visited attractions in the region – boasts a new innovation: the new LED-controlled lighting system, which, coupled with a dramatic lighting design and musical sound system, has recently revealed the cave and its stalactite formations in completely new and unexpected dimensions.
Guided tours (also in English and French) take place daily and last approximately 45 minutes.
The cave setting has served as an excellent venue for entertaining, sophisticated concerts and theater performances for years. Well-known cabaret artists also regularly perform in the Devil's Cave from May to October. The current program is available at the tourist office and the cave ticket office, as well as online.
