There’s nothing like a good portion of “Dolce Vita”!
At "L'Osteria" in Erlangen, they say: "Our most important ingredient is love!" Guests happily confirm that this is the best foundation for a good recipe—in this case, for a good concept—to company founder Matthias Kaiser. A jack-of-all-trades with a great love of gastronomy and a penchant for Italian culture, Kaiser founded "L'Osteria" in 2017.
For many years, the trained mechanical engineer worked in sales for catering equipment. This is where his idea of ​​one day becoming an independent entrepreneur developed. During his years of travel, the "host with love" gained a wealth of experience and therefore knows exactly what guests want, how to create a feel-good atmosphere, and what a menu should look like if it wants to leave no wish unfulfilled.
The entrepreneur opened his first restaurant – with a great deal of passion – in Erlangen and brought a taste of the Dolce Vita to Untere Karlstrasse with "L' Osteria." Since 2019, he has operated another beautiful restaurant in Wertheim. A third location in Würzburg is scheduled to follow in 2022. 
"It's a way of life...", the football-loving boss describes his "L'Osteria" and formulates his motto as follows: "No pizza, no party!"⠀⠀
