The Fischerei Oberle restaurant is located in the Kosbach district of Erlangen, on the edge of the Aischgrund region, and combines gastronomy with its own fish farm. For generations, the family business has managed its fish ponds and serves predominantly fish from its own breeding program in a natural environment. For several years now, the offerings have been complemented by its own brewery, which rounds out the culinary concept.
