The Entla's Keller on Erlanger Berg is a place steeped in Franconian beer culture and steeped in history. From April to September, the traditional beer garden under shady chestnut trees invites you to enjoy a cool Maß (liter of beer) – with freshly brewed beers from our brewery in the hill, along with Radler (shandy) and non-alcoholic drinks.
Culinary delights await guests, including a selection of Franconian specialties such as Schäufele (pork shoulder), duck and chicken, cellar-aged Emmental cheese, pretzels, as well as vegetarian and vegan dishes. Here, the atmosphere of the historic cellars blends seamlessly with genuine Erlangen hospitality.
Live music creates a special atmosphere on the first Thursday of every month, while the natural climate of the rock cellars provides pleasant cooling even on hot days. The greenery of the old trees makes Entla's Cellar a retreat high above the city rooftops.
Our public cellar tours offer insights into the history of cellar culture – every Friday at 18 pm and every Sunday at 11 am from April to September. You are cordially invited!
