Hotel Grey Wolf

Managed by the two brothers Martin and Andreas Langhammer, the traditional and family-run     Hotel & Restaurant Grauer Wolf In Erlangen's old town, you'll find a regional, seasonal, yet modern cuisine that remains true to its Franconian roots. Fresh ingredients are very important to the chef, who often gathers his herbs from the charming backyard, where they thrive in raised beds.

At the Grauer Wolf dinner evening, you will be served a specially created four-course menu. In this beautiful setting, a perfectly paired, locally selected wine is, of course, also included. Enjoy your meal!
