At the inn Polster Hospitality has been a tradition here for over 160 years. Dominic Polster is the eighth generation to cook there with passion. The idyllic garden with its shady arbor quickly made the country inn a popular destination for locals and visitors alike.
Although the traditional village inn has developed into one of the premier gourmet destinations in Middle Franconia, it has retained its authentic Franconian character. The former "farmers' inn" remains a favorite haunt of many Kosbach villagers.
The gourmet chef and his team, led by head chef Christian Schauer, continually delight guests with original specialties that, combined with exotic classics, create unique taste experiences.
