- From 6:00 a.m. to 22:00 p.m. on the specified day, the “target area Luitpoldstraße” (Drausnickstraße / Sieglitzhofer Straße and Bismarckstraße, the entire Zollhausplatz including the bus stop area, Gebbertstraße between Henkestraße and Luitpoldstraße and Loewenichstraße between Luitpoldstraße and Fichtestraße) will be closed due to setup and dismantling work.
- A diagonal closure is planned at the Drausnickstraße/Kurt-Schumacher-Straße intersection starting at approximately 11:30 a.m. This means that traffic from Kurt-Schumacher-Straße to the right into Drausnickstraße and vice versa can travel largely unhindered.
- Closure of the “Newcomer Tour race track” from 11:30 a.m. to 13:00 p.m. (see red section of the attached map. This affects the following sections in the direction of the race: Bismarckstraße, Palmsanlage, Ebrardstraße, and from the intersection of Ebrardstraße/Sieglitzhofer Straße in a southerly direction to the intersection of Sieglitzhofer Straße/Drausnickstraße).
- Closure of the "Ride Tour" and "Elite Race" race tracks from 13:00 p.m. to 17:00 p.m. (see black section of the attached map). Also affected in the race direction out of town are: Palmsanlage, Spardorfer Straße, Leo-Hauck-Straße, Rathsberger Straße, and in the direction towards town also Sieglitzhofer Straße.
- The race track will be open for a short time from 14:15 p.m. to 15:15 p.m. from the Bismarckstraße/Hindenburgstraße intersection in the direction of the race or out of town. Sieglitzhofer Straße will be open to traffic heading into town up to the intersection with Lange Zeile during this time.
- Two permanent crossing points will be set up. These are located to the south at the intersection of Moltkestraße/Prankhstraße and Drausnickstraße, and to the east at the intersection of Lange Zeile and Sieglitzhofer Straße. Crossing the race track at these points may be possible, depending on the race schedule, with possible short waiting times.

In addition, a car-free area will be established for Saturday, August 28, 2021. In this context, a pedestrian zone (cyclists-free) will be established as an annex from 11:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m., where events will take place.
- The pedestrian zone will extend north of Henkestraße up to and including parts of Universitätsstraße and west of Waldstraße up to Nürnberger Straße.
- During this period, driving and parking in the pedestrian zone are prohibited. However, if vehicles are parked within the pedestrian zone, exiting is permitted.
- The university hospitals are accessible. Access is permitted via Waldstraße (one-way street) to the north, and exits are permitted via Universitätstraße and Krankenhausstraße. Coming from the north, access remains possible via Neue Straße/Östliche Stadtmauerstraße, and exits are also possible via Universitätstraße and Krankenhausstraße. The closure of Krankenhausstraße will be lifted for this purpose.
- An exit to the south is not possible.
- For residents in the Luitpoldstraße (up to house number 13)/Marquardsenstraße/Ohmstraße area, access is also only possible from the south via Waldstraße. Exiting the area is only possible via Universitätsstraße and Krankenhausstraße.
- Delivery traffic is not possible during the specified period.
